Categorized as an "orphan cancer," Ewing Sarcoma is often overlooked and receives very little research funding. Through the Laura Hinz Copeland Ewing Sarcoma Foundation, we hope to raise awareness and funds for research and treatment of this rare type of cancer. Our hope is that someday soon, no one will have to suffer the pain and loss caused by Ewing Sarcoma or Sarcomas in general. With that context, in practical terms and from a medical standpoint, we now focus on current realities, evidence review, and records alignment before formal case intake. Safety advisories, event evidence, causal analysis, filing-deadline screening, and resolution-pathway review are captured during the documentation process.
